Avocado Ice Cream
A new favourite of mine is my take of an avocado-ice cream. It's ridiculously easy to make!
I just put avocado, water and coconutwater (as sweetener) in a blender and mix it until even. Then I pour it in to small cups and put it in the freezer.
P.S: I know everybody in Sweden are thrilled to have ice cream in February!
