My Sunday started out with some yoga practice, followed by work. After lunch I went grocery shopping in the burning heat.. Dressed in black.. 

My mother has told me that women don't sweat; they shine. And so let's just say I shone like a million suns after that walk. 

Although the fact that I can find my way to the supermarket provides me some sense of safety. I guess there's a primitive mechanism behind that. I mean, as long as I am able to get myself something to eat at least I won't die from starvation here. Haha.
