the y-word

I've realised that I talk, write and practice a lot of yoga. But it's for a (really, really) good reason.
 
Before I started doing yoga I saw my body and mind as two separate entities. Now I know that they are tightly intertwined, and that awareness of your body brings with it an awareness of the mind. 
 
If the fear of becoming a hippie, vegan or annoying yogi-maniac keeps you from letting yoga in to your life, I suggest you let go of the preconceptions for an hour or so and give it a try.
